Tang Yau Hoong
Tang Yau Hoong is an artist, illustrator, graphic designer based in Kuala Lumper , Malaysia. He creates conceptual and surreal artwork in a simplistically unique way. Since 2007, he has been a freelance artist working with various clients globally in advertising, editorial, branding, corporate, marketing, and many other design projects. When he is not doing commercial jobs he works on personal projects. Tang graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

Tang Yau Hoong's main focus is to create graphics that spark the viewer. As an illustrator, his goal is to convey conceptual based illustrations. He cleverly utilizes negative space in order to give the viewer a visual discovery and hidden secret that shifts the eye into recognizing form in an area that is initially disregarded as background. Tang's love for simplicity, has encouraged him to make illustrations as simple as possible. Hoong never limits himself to a specific style or medium. He enjoys working by doing hand drawings in combination with clean vector. Tang's favorite medium is Ink and paper, and or watercolor. Tang defines his work in terms of theme and concept. The themes are illusion, nature, universal and conceptual.
Coexxist is a personal project dedicated to create original ideas that inspire. Tang wanted to create a space where creativity has no limits in boundless imagination. The additional x in Coexxist represents the X factor in the designing process and conceptual thinking. In this collection different elements are brought together forming brand new visuals that Coexxist.
